Payment deadline

  • - Payment should made concurrently with registration to the effect takes place.
  • ※ If payment is not made by the deadline, the organizer may cancel the registration.
  • ※ If payment is not made within the discount period, the discount will not be applied.

Cancellation and refund policy

  • - Before September 7, 2024: 100% of the booked services
  • - From September 8 to October 7, 2024 : 50% of the booked services
  • - After October 8, 2024: No refund will be provided.
  • ※ In case of force majeure or unilateral cancellation by the organizer, a 100% refund will be issued.
